- Yes, one customer at a time: click New in the Inbox, or Send message on a customer or lead, and choose Text message. It's sent from your business number and counts as an automated text until the customer answers. It isn't offered to someone who replied STOP, and a number in another country only if that person has contacted you before. Bulk texts and promotions aren't supported. See Message a customer first.
