You never have to agree to text messages to use Frontivo.io, start a free trial, buy a plan, book a demo or get support. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can always reach us another way: email support@frontivo.io, the chat on our website, a phone call, or WhatsApp.

1. How you opt in: you text us first

We only text people who start the conversation by texting our number. Our number is published on frontivo.io with this notice, word for word:

2. What happens after you text us

Our first reply confirms that you opted in and tells you how to get help or stop. After that, you only get replies to your own messages. An example:
