How Frontivo.io answers its own website visitors with Frontivo.io

Frontivo.io is a small team selling to businesses in every time zone. Visitors land on the website at all hours with questions about plans, setup, phone numbers and pricing, often when nobody on the team is awake. A contact form would leave them waiting until the next working day, and many would simply leave.

We put the same AI receptionist our clients use on frontivo.io: the chat and voice widget on every page, trained on our own pricing, help center and policies. We also connected our own phone number, text messages, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, the same way a client does.

It answers questions, captures leads for our sales inbox, books demo calls, and hands over to a person when someone asks for one or when it can't help. Inside the dashboard, Ask Frontivo answers existing clients' how-to questions the same way.

The numbers on this page come straight from our own Frontivo.io dashboard and update every hour. Frontivo.io launched in September 2026, so they cover our first weeks. They include chats from our own team trying things out, because on our own website a teammate looks like any other visitor. Chats made in the Channel tester are left out, as they are in every client's dashboard.
