Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Frontivo affiliate program (the "Program"). By applying to the Program you agree to these terms, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. This general template has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be before you rely on it.

1. Joining the Program

Participation is free. Applications are reviewed manually and Frontivo may approve or decline any application at its discretion. Once approved you receive a unique referral link. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate contact and payout details.

2. Commission

• You earn 10% of each subscription payment Frontivo actually receives from a customer you referred, for as long as that customer remains a paying subscriber.
• Commission is calculated on the subscription price after any discounts, excluding taxes, one-time fees, usage overages and add-ons unless stated otherwise.
• No commission is earned on free trials, refunded or charged-back payments, or on subscriptions that are cancelled before the first payment. A refund reverses the commission for that payment.
• If a referred customer changes plan, commission follows the new plan price from the next payment onward.

3. Attribution

• A visitor is attributed to you when they open your referral link; the attribution cookie lasts 60 days. The most recent affiliate link clicked wins.
• The account is credited to you if the visitor creates a Frontivo account while the cookie is present. Accounts created without the cookie (for example in another browser, or after the cookie was cleared) are not attributed.
• Frontivo's tracking records are final for determining attribution.

4. Payouts

• Commissions are paid monthly by PayPal to the payout email on your account.
• Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment clears, to allow for refunds.
• Payouts are made once your payable balance reaches $50; smaller balances roll over.
• You are responsible for any taxes on commission you receive. Frontivo may request tax forms before paying out.

5. Promotion rules

You may promote Frontivo through your website, content, social media, newsletters and direct recommendations. You may not:

• Refer yourself, your own business, or a business you own or work for (self-referrals).
• Bid on "Frontivo" or misspellings of it in paid search, or use the Frontivo name in ad display URLs or domain names.
• Send unsolicited email, SMS or messages, or place your link on coupon, cash-back or incentive sites.
• Present yourself as Frontivo, an employee of Frontivo, or make claims about the product that are not true or that Frontivo has not published.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, or any technique that attributes visitors who did not knowingly click your link.

6. Term and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Frontivo may pause or terminate your account and withhold unpaid commission if these terms are breached, if referrals are found to be fraudulent, or if a referred customer's account is used in breach of the Terms of Service. After termination, commission stops accruing at the end of the current billing month; commission already earned and not withheld for a breach will still be paid on the normal schedule.

7. Changes

Frontivo may change commission rates, the attribution window or these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Changes do not reduce commission already earned before the change takes effect.
