You earn 10% of every subscription payment made by a customer you refer, for as long as they stay a paying customer. There's no cap on how many customers you can refer and no expiry on the commission.
Your referral link adds a cookie that stays on the visitor's browser for 60 days. If they start a Frontivo account within that window - even on a later visit - the account is credited to you. If a visitor clicks two different affiliate links, the most recent one wins.
Your commission follows their plan. If a customer you referred moves from Starter to Growth, your 10% is calculated on the new Growth price from the next payment onward.
No. Commission starts with the customer's first paid month. Trials, refunded payments and cancelled subscriptions don't generate commission, and a refunded payment reverses the commission for that month.
Commissions are paid monthly by PayPal, 30 days after the customer's payment clears, once your balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
No. Self-referrals, referrals of businesses you own or work for, and coupon or cash-back sites are not eligible for commission.
Blog posts, comparison articles, YouTube videos, newsletters, social media, your client base or a recommendation inside your own agency or consultancy are all welcome. You may not bid on Frontivo brand terms in paid search, send unsolicited email or SMS, or present yourself as Frontivo.
