What your AI can do
- Tell a customer their order status, shipping and tracking details, and the items in their order.
- Share an order only after the customer gives the order number plus the email or phone number they ordered with, and both match.
- Never change, cancel or refund orders, and never see card or payment details.
If the details don't match, your AI doesn't share anything about that order. It asks the customer to check, and offers to pass the question to your team.
Connect your store
- 1Open the Integrations page in your dashboard.
- 2Click Store orders in the list on the left.
- 3Click the Shopify or WooCommerce tile, then Connect Shopify or Connect WooCommerce on its card.
- 4Follow the short steps in the window that opens to create a read-only key, then paste it in.
- 5Click Connect Shopify (or Connect WooCommerce) to finish.
Frontivo.io checks your store, then the card shows a green Connected badge. Your AI can answer order questions right away.
Is it safe?
Frontivo.io only gets read access to your orders (read-only means it can look, but never change anything). Your key is saved securely, and we only ever show its last few characters.
You can cut off access at any time: click Disconnect on the card, delete the app in Shopify, or revoke the key in WooCommerce.
Troubleshooting
An older Shopify order isn't found
Shopify shares the last 60 days of orders with apps by default, which covers most order questions. For older orders, your AI offers to pass the question to your team.
No tracking numbers show for WooCommerce orders
WooCommerce only saves tracking with a shipment-tracking plugin, such as WooCommerce Shipment Tracking or Advanced Shipment Tracking. Without one, your AI still shares the order status and items.
The card says Needs attention
Your store key stopped working, for example after it was deleted or changed. Click Reconnect Shopify or Reconnect WooCommerce and paste a fresh key.
A customer says the AI couldn't find their order
Ask them to check the order number in their confirmation email, and to use the same email or phone number they ordered with.
