Booking link
Works with Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity Scheduling, Square Appointments, Fresha, Vagaro, Mindbody, Jane, Cliniko, Principle Dental, ZenMaid, OpenTable and any other booking page customers can open without logging in.
- 1Open Integrations in your dashboard, click Booking, payment & review links in the list on the left, then click the Booking link tile.
- 2Open your booking tool in a new browser tab and copy your booking page link. In Calendly, go to Scheduling, find your event type and click Copy link. In other tools, look for Share, Booking link or Booking page.
- 3Back on the Booking link card, choose your tool under Booking tool you use.
- 4Paste the link into Your booking page link.
- 5Choose Send this link instead of booking in Frontivo.io (your AI never books itself) or Offer this link as well (your AI still books in Frontivo.io and shares the link too).
- 6Click Open link to check it, then click Save.
On phone calls, callers can't click a link, so your AI tells them they can book online and takes their details for your team. Your AI can't see which times are free in your booking tool: customers pick a time on your booking page.
With Principle Dental, online bookings are requests your team confirms on the Appointment Requests page, so your AI tells patients their time still needs to be confirmed. Full steps: Use Principle Dental.

Payment links
Save up to 5 payment links from Stripe Payment Links, PayPal.Me, Square, Wise, GCash or any secure https:// payment page. Your AI shares the one whose name matches what the customer wants to pay.
- 1Copy your payment link from your payment provider. In Stripe, open Payment Links, click + New, choose the product, click Create link and click the copy icon. In PayPal, go to paypal.me, sign in and copy your PayPal.Me link.
- 2In Integrations > Booking, payment & review links, click the Payment links tile. On its card, type a short name in Name, the way customers say it, for example Deposit.
- 3Paste the link into Payment link.
- 4Click Add another link for each extra link (up to 5).
- 5Click Open link to check it, then click Save.
Your AI never takes card details in the chat, and reminds customers not to type them. It can't see whether someone has paid, and it only mentions an amount if you've written it in your services or knowledge base.
Review link
- 1Copy your review link. For Google, use a computer: search for your business name on Google while logged in to the account that manages your Business Profile, click Read reviews, then Get more reviews, then Copy. For Facebook, Trustpilot, Yelp or Tripadvisor, copy the address of your reviews page.
- 2In Integrations > Booking, payment & review links, click the Review link tile. On its card, choose the site under Where customers leave reviews.
- 3Paste the link into Your review link.
- 4Click Open link to check it, then click Save.
Your AI shares the link when a happy customer asks where to leave a review. It never offers rewards for reviews.
Use the links in automations
In Automations, put {{reviewLink}} in a review request text, or {{bookingLink}} in any text, and Frontivo.io fills in your saved link. If a message uses a link that isn't saved, that text is skipped rather than sent with a blank.
Check it's working
Each card shows Saved. Open Channel tester and ask "Can I book an appointment?", "How do I pay the deposit?" or "Where can I leave a review?", and check your AI replies with the right link. Links in website chat replies are clickable.
Remove a link
Click Remove on the card and confirm. Your AI stops sharing it. Nothing changes in your booking tool, payment provider or review site.
Troubleshooting
It says "The link must start with https://"
Copy the link again with the tool's own copy button, or open the page and copy the full address from your browser's address bar.
The booking link opens a login page
You copied your own admin link. Look for the public link your customers use, usually under Share, Booking page or Copy link.
My AI still offers times in Frontivo.io
Check you chose Send this link instead of booking in Frontivo.io and clicked Save, then start a new chat in Channel tester. Old chats keep their earlier answers.
My AI shares the wrong payment link
Give each link a clear, different name that matches how customers ask, like Deposit and Pay an invoice, then click Save.
I can't find Get more reviews on Google
Use a computer browser and the Google account that manages your Business Profile. Search for your exact business name, then click Read reviews > Get more reviews.
Review request texts aren't being sent
A text that uses {{reviewLink}} is skipped until a review link is saved. Save your link and new review requests go out as normal.
