Get started with your free trial

Takes 15 minutesYou need: An email address. No credit card.

Your free trial lasts 14 days. Website chat and voice work right away, and your phone number is connected when you subscribe, and WhatsApp comes with WhatsApp Only or Growth, which open soon. You don't need a credit card, and nothing is charged when it ends unless you choose a plan.

What's included in the trial

  • Every feature that's open today, including email, the CRM (your list of leads and customers) and analytics. Instagram and Messenger open soon.
  • Website chat and voice, which work right away.
  • Up to 2 team users.
  • Phone numbers and WhatsApp aren't part of the trial: your phone number is connected when you subscribe, and WhatsApp comes with WhatsApp Only or Growth, which open soon.

Your trial allowance

The trial comes with a set amount of usage for the whole 14 days, not per day or per month:

  • 20 AI voice minutes (phone and website voice)
  • 75 chat, social and email conversations
  • 30 AI text replies
  • 20 automated texts, like reminders and missed-call text-backs

When one of these runs out, your AI pauses on that channel until you choose a plan. You're never billed for trial usage.

You can see what's left at any time on the Plan & Billing page. During the trial, your test messages in the Channel tester count toward it too.

Confirm your email

You confirm your email right after you sign up. A Check your email page opens, and setup starts as soon as you click the link.

  1. 1Open the email from Frontivo.io that we sent when you signed up.
  2. 2Click Confirm my email. The link works for 24 hours.
  3. 3Setup opens by itself. If you opened the email on your phone, go back to the tab where you signed up: it continues on its own in a few seconds.

If you signed up with Google, Microsoft or Facebook, your email is already confirmed and you go straight to setup.

Set up in about 15 minutes

Once your email is confirmed, a short setup guide walks you through the basics:

  1. 1Answer a few quick questions about your business.
  2. 2Add where you are and your opening hours.
  3. 3Add the services customers can book or ask about.
  4. 4Add answers to the questions customers ask most.
  5. 5Name your AI receptionist, choose its look and set the tone.
  6. 6Connect the places your customers already reach you.
  7. 7Chat with your AI receptionist the way a customer would.

Some steps can be skipped and finished later. Getting started in the menu shows what's left.

When the trial ends

Choose a plan on Plan & Billing any time to keep going without a break. If you don't, your AI stops answering, but your data is kept so you can pick up where you left off.

Troubleshooting

I didn't get the confirmation email

Check your spam, junk or Promotions folder. Still nothing? Click Resend email on the Check your email page. You can ask for up to 3 new links an hour. Typed the wrong address? Click Use a different email on the same page and enter the right one.

The confirmation link doesn't work anymore

Links work for 24 hours, and stop working if you change your email. Log in, then click Resend email on the Check your email page and use the link in the newest email.

I confirmed on my phone, but my computer still says "Check your email"

Wait a few seconds with that tab open: it continues by itself. Still waiting? Refresh the page.

My AI isn't answering customers yet

Make sure the account owner has confirmed their email. Then check on Plan & Billing that no trial allowance has run out.
