The Phone Lite plan

Phone Lite is $99/month in US dollars: Phone Only's features for a business that gets fewer calls. If we are required to charge tax where you are, it is shown before you pay.

What's included

  • 120 AI voice minutes a month (about 40 calls). Phone Only has 300.
  • 60 automated texts a month (missed-call text-back, appointment reminders and confirmations). Phone Only has 150.
  • Live call transfer to 1 person on your team, and 1 team user.
  • Your AI answers your business calls 24/7, books appointments, and uses your knowledge base, inbox and handoff message, like Phone Only.
  • One Frontivo.io phone number and one AI receptionist.

Paying yearly saves 15%. Phone Lite isn't part of Founding 50.

Calls work from day one. Texting (missed-call text-back and reminders) switches on after carrier approval for your number, and we email you when it's on.

Extra usage

Extra usage is billed at the same rates as every plan: $0.35 per voice minute and $0.05 per automated text, charged at the start of the next month with an emailed invoice. We email you at 80% and 100% of each allowance, and your AI pauses at 3 times your allowance.

Move up to Phone Only or Starter

  1. 1Click Plan & Billing in the menu.
  2. 2Click Switch on Phone Only or Starter.
  3. 3Confirm the change.

The change happens right away. Our payment partner works out the difference for the rest of your billing period and charges or credits it on your card.

You keep Phone Lite for as long as you like: it stays on your account even if it's no longer offered to new customers.
