The easy way: we fill in the code for you
- 1Open Integrations, click the Phone calls card, then Forward my existing line.
- 2Choose Only calls I don't answer (recommended) or Every call.
- 3Choose your phone company. The pop-up shows one code with your Frontivo.io number already in it.
- 4On the phone that has your business number, dial the code and press Call. You'll hear a beep or see "Call forwarding activated".
- 5Click Test my forwarding. We call your business number - don't answer. In about a minute the card shows Forwarding is working.
The codes
In each code, put your Frontivo.io number where it says NUMBER. Most phones need the full number with the + and country code (for example +14155550123). Verizon needs the 10 digits only (4155550123).
- Most mobile phones worldwide (AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket, Metro and Mint in the US; Canada, the UK, Europe, the Philippines, Australia and most other countries): calls you don't answer
**004*NUMBER#, every call**21*NUMBER#, turn off##002#. - If that code shows an error, try
**61*NUMBER#for calls you don't answer. - Verizon (also Xfinity Mobile and Spectrum Mobile): calls you don't answer
*71NUMBER, every call*72NUMBER, turn off*73. - Landline, office or internet phone (VoIP): open your provider's online account and look for Call forwarding, or call them and say "Please forward the calls I don't answer to" followed by your Frontivo.io number.
Which one should I choose?
- Only calls I don't answer (recommended): your phone rings first. If you're busy, on another call or don't answer, your AI picks up. Best if you still want to take some calls yourself.
- Every call: your phone doesn't ring and your AI answers every call straight away. Best if you're always on jobs or want the AI to handle everything.

Troubleshooting
Calls still go to my voicemail
Your voicemail answers before the call is forwarded. Turn voicemail off, or ask your phone company to shorten the ring time before forwarding (15-20 seconds works well).
The code shows an error
Check you chose the right phone company, then try the other code for calls you don't answer (**61*NUMBER#). Still stuck? Call your phone company and ask them to forward the calls you don't answer to your Frontivo.io number.
Forwarding works but texts don't arrive
Phone companies can't forward text messages. Give customers your Frontivo.io number for texts, or move your number to Frontivo.io (see get your phone number).
My Frontivo.io number is a US number and I'm outside the US
Forwarded calls are then international calls on your phone plan. Check with your phone company that forwarding abroad is allowed and what it costs, and use Only calls I don't answer.
